With application from our licenced applicators, Neram Seal liquid membrane comes with a full 10-year waterproofing warranty. This assures you that your property will be protected for years to come. Full Roof Restoration
Neram Seal liquid membrane applications start with a chemical clean to kill off moss and mould, followed by a thorough water blast or soft wash to clean the entire surface. Roof restoration is used to patch any damage or leaks, and rust treatment is used on rusty areas to stop further degradation. From there, masking off and drop sheets are used to define the application area and mitigate any overspray. Two coats of self-priming liquid membrane coatings will follow and complete the coating system.

This low-VOC, single-component elastomeric polyurethane membrane is specifically formulated for hand application and engineered to deliver superior UV resistance. Neram Seal has state-of-the-art UV protection from New Zealand’s harsh ultraviolet conditions, but don’t worry. It’s completely safe for drinking water with no volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
